The Equicheck Difference

When we say ‘Speed of Service’, we mean it. Often, within 30 minutes of receipt, your order is assigned to an inspector, even before the contact has been called to confirm readiness for the inspection. When the field inspection is completed, the inspector undergoes a post inspection interview so that, in most cases, assuming you can wait for photos and some serial numbers, we can complete the finished report before the emailed, or faxed, paperwork has arrived. That’s fast!

We inspect leased equipment including all kinds of rolling stock and construction equipment to high tech medical equipment, industrial & commercial machinery, Lear jets, restaurants & pizza parlors, hospitals and computer and telephone systems. We do not appraise or determine value. We obtain and compare serial numbers, confirm operation and lessee’s satisfaction. We also offer Delinquency Reports, Progress Reports on construction sites, and for larger leases that are funded in stages we offer a repeat visit program at cost saving prices.

Warren L. Rothstein, is the President of Equicheck, Inc., and Continental Risk Improvement, Inc., a provider of underwriting inspections for the insurance industry.Mr. Rothstein, a past president of A.R.C.O., which stands for Association of Reporting Companies, has been an information provider since 1974. Equicheck, Inc. began operations in 1996, for the express purpose of providing timely, quality driven, equipment inspections for lenders, nationwide.

  How Large is the Inspection Force?

At Equicheck we utilize the largest independant inspection force in the country, comprised of professionals in this and related fields. This enables us to provide the fastest service and flat rate pricing, without sacrificing quality. The positioning of our inspection force enables us to have the lowest gasoline surcharge policy in the industry. Chances are, our field people are close enough to the inspection destination to reduce or even eliminate the gasoline surcharge that some competitors regularly apply.
